Who can attend the CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show?

The CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show is a private event, open to CGNA Members and Preferred Vendors. If you are a CGNA Member or a Preferred Vendor, we encourage you to attend and make the most of this opportunity.

What is the cost to attend?

The registration fee for attending the CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show:
 

Member Distributors

First Attendee: $745 

Additional Attendees: $595

 

Vendors (Trade Show Booth)

First Attendee $795

Additional Attendes: $695
 

Additionally, if you plan to stay at the conference venue, the room rate is $165 per night, excluding taxes and fees. We have negotiated a special group rate for the event, so make sure to book your room early to secure this discounted rate as there is a limited number of rooms available.

When should I arrive and depart from the conference?

The CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show will begin with an optional offsite tour at 3:00 PM on September 27th, followed by the Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM. The event will conclude on September 29th at 12:00 PM. We advise you to plan your travel arrangements accordingly to make the most of the valuable sessions and networking opportunities.

Who is attending this event?

All registered attendees, both CGNA Members and Preferred Vendors, will have access to the CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show. At the event, there will be a real-time roster available, listing all attendees, so you can easily connect with others. Additionally, one week before the conference, you will receive a PDF roster with the names of all the individuals registered to attend.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for CGNA Conferences is business casual. We want you to feel comfortable while maintaining a professional atmosphere throughout the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your attendance at the CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show, the following cancellation policy applies:
 

 

• Full refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
 

 

• Cancellations made within 2 weeks are non-refundable.

 

Please note that refunds for the room rate will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy, which may differ from the event's cancellation policy.
